By downloading, installing, or using the Wardlove mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Wardlove is a digital wardrobe management application that allows you to:

• Catalog and organize your clothing items with photos
• Create and save outfit combinations
• Plan outfits on a calendar
• Create packing lists for trips
• Use AI-powered analysis to automatically categorize clothing (requires credits)
• Use virtual try-on to see how clothes look on different models (requires credits)

2. User Account

You do not need to create a traditional account with email/password. Your identity is linked to an anonymous device identifier stored securely on your device. This identifier is used to sync your wardrobe data.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. If you lose access to your device, you may lose access to your wardrobe data unless you have an active transfer code.

3. Wardlove Credits

Wardlove uses a credit-based system for premium AI features:

• Credit Packs: Purchase credit packs (35, 200, or 1000 credits) as one-time purchases
• AI Clothing Analysis costs 1 credit per item
• Virtual Try-On costs 2 credits per generation
• Credits never expire and remain in your account
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Credits are non-refundable. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support or Google Play Support

4. Account Linking

You can link your anonymous device account with Apple or Google Sign-In. By linking your account:

• Your credit balance is associated with your Apple/Google identity
• You can access your credits on other devices by signing in
• Your wardrobe data remains stored locally on each device

Account linking is optional. If you don't link your account, your credits are tied to your current device only.

5. Promo Codes

We may occasionally issue promotional codes for free Premium access. Promo codes:

• Are single-use and cannot be combined with other offers
• Have expiration dates and usage limits
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds

6. AI Features

Our AI-powered features use Google Gemini technology. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• Your clothing images are sent to Google's servers for processing
• Virtual try-on images are generated using AI and sent to Google's servers
• AI results are provided "as-is" and may not always be accurate
• You should review and correct any AI-generated metadata
• Generated try-on images are for personal use and visualization only
• Credits are consumed when you initiate an AI feature, regardless of the result

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to Wardlove. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for providing the service to you.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any applicable laws
• Contains explicit, offensive, or harmful material
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Share, sell, or distribute accounts or credits
• Abuse the AI features with non-clothing or inappropriate images
• Attempt to bypass credit or purchase verification
• Use automated tools to exploit the credit system

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you lose access to Premium features and stored data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated suggestions are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional fashion advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wardlove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through an in-app notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
