Wardlove ("we", "us", "our") operates the Wardlove mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.
Device Identifier: We generate a unique anonymous identifier stored in your device's Keychain (iOS) or Encrypted Shared Preferences (Android). This ID is used to associate your wardrobe data with your device. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information unless you choose to link your account with Apple or Google Sign-In.
Profile Data (Optional): You may optionally add your first name, last name, and profile photo. This data is stored locally on your device only and is not uploaded to our servers.
Wardrobe Photos: When you add clothing items, you take or select photos. These images are stored locally on your device in a SQLite database. Photos are only sent to Google Gemini AI when you use AI analysis features.
AI-Generated Metadata: If you use our AI analysis feature, your clothing photos are sent to Google Gemini API for analysis. The AI extracts metadata such as clothing type, color, season, and style. Google processes images according to their Privacy Policy.
Virtual Try-On: If you use the virtual try-on feature, your selected model photo and clothing images are sent to Google Gemini AI to generate a composite image. This processing happens on Google's servers.
Credits & Purchases: When you purchase credits, the transaction is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We verify purchases through official store APIs and store credit balance information in Google Firebase. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as: feature usage counts, screen views, and event names (e.g., "item added", "outfit created"). This data does not include personal information or the content of your photos.
Crash Reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and error logs. These reports help us identify and fix bugs. Reports include device type, OS version, and stack traces but do not include personal data.
Your wardrobe data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore database and Cloud Storage) located in the European Union (europe-west1 region). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
We use the following third-party services:
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the service providers listed above for the purpose of operating the app.
Your wardrobe data is stored locally on your device. Credit balance and purchase records are stored in Google Firebase and remain as long as your account exists. If you delete the app, your local data is removed. Cloud credit data may be deleted after 12 months of inactivity.
