How do I cancel my Wardlove Premium subscription?

Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Wardlove, and
tap "Cancel Subscription". Your Premium access will continue until the end of the current
billing period.
I switched to a new phone. How do I transfer my subscription?

In the app, go to Profile > Premium Settings and find your Sub
Code (transfer code). On your new device, install Wardlove, go to Profile, and
enter this code to restore your subscription.
Why didn't the AI correctly identify my clothing item?

AI analysis works best with clear, well-lit photos showing a single item. If the result is
incorrect, you can manually edit the category, color, and season after scanning. The AI
continuously improves with updates.
Is my wardrobe data backed up?

Yes, your wardrobe items and outfit data are securely stored in the cloud (Google Firebase) and
linked to your device ID. As long as you keep the same device or transfer using a Sub Code, your
data is safe.
How do I delete my account and all data?

Send an email to
privacy@wardlove.app with the subject
"Data Deletion Request". We will permanently delete all your wardrobe data within 30 days.
Does Wardlove work offline?

Basic features like viewing your wardrobe and creating outfits work offline. However, AI
analysis and cloud sync require an internet connection.
